Where to Ride
Come in to the Shop for some custom made maps and a little point of view. We have trail access just behind our shop and plenty of parking in front (on Hwy 441). Free parking whether you rent a bike from us or not. Call with questions – 352-307-2453
Santos Trailhead
- Over 60 miles of mountain bike trails, from beginners to intermediate to advanced trails with three major trailheads with bathrooms and pavilions. Open 7 days a week. Located between Ocala and Belleview, just west of Hwy 441/301/27 on 80th Street. (map)
Baseline Trailhead
- Approximately 7 miles of paved trails within the Cross Florida Greenway. Closed park offers safe riding without traffic concerns. Open 7 days a week. Located at the corner of Baseline (CR 35) and Maricamp (CR 464). (map)
Withlacoochee State Trail
- 46 miles of paved trails within the Florida Rails-to-Trails program. Open 7 days a week. Northernmost access is in Citrus Springs just west of Hwy 41 on G. Martinelli. Southernmost access in Trilby just south of Hwy 50. (map)
Gainesville-Hawthorne Trail
- 16 miles of paved trails within the Florida Rails-to-Trails program. Open 7 days a week. Southernmost access in Hawthorne just east of Hwy 301. (map)
San Felasco Hammock
- The northern most 2,000 acres are designated for multi-use purposes including horseback riding, off-road bicycling, and hiking. Take I-75 to U.S. 441 (Milepost Exit 399 – Old Exit 78) and drive south 2.8 miles (through the city of Alachua). Turn right onto Progress Blvd. Drive 0.7 miles to the park entrance.
